Frosty and cool. I love 'crisp' weather.
It means that it is cold but bright, not raining or damp or gloomy, the sun is probably out (but weakly). There may be a frost underfoot that is crunchy and crispy to walk on. It's the sort of weather where you want to crunch your way across some frosty fields and end up red-cheeked in a cosy pub for lunch! It's invigorating rather than unpleasant.
