Some people say that children should receive less extreme punishments because they do not fully acknowledge that they are committing outlaw activities. While it is true that young adults are impulsive and short-sighted, generating such a tremendous decision only with these logics is ill-considered: not all teenagers have a vague idea about law, especially with felonies. The depressing fact is that youngsters nowadays understand these Juvenile Justice systems, and “use” them to commit offenses. Numerous lawbreakers, under the shape of a child, breaking the law with intention. For instance, mental health literature has indicated that the majority of juvenile homicide was motivated to assassinate others: they are prompted by hatred, madness, and a craving for revenge.
