The whole thing is describing a Latin course with many references to "Cambridge Latin," which I've always understood to be a school in England.

Cambridge Latin looks like a huge commercial venture offering Latin courses of all shapes, sizes, and formats. There are millions of hits, but nobody seems to want to claim responsibility for it.
