Hi Evaluna-- welcome to English Forums! I hope you can understand this definition; I'm not sure that I do: 522 Credit Intermediation and Related Activities Industries in the Credit Intermediation and Related Activities subsector group establishments that (1) lend funds raised from depositors; (2) lend funds raised from credit market borrowing; or (3) facilitate the lending of funds or issuance of credit by engaging in such activities as mortgage and loan brokerage, clearinghouse and reserve services, and check cashing services. 5221 Depository Credit Intermediation This industry group comprises establishments primarily engaged in accepting deposits (or share deposits) and in lending funds from these deposits.

Hello,

Thank you very much for your effort but I’m still not sure about the right definition. The situation is like this: we are a trading company and in cooperation with our bank we are giving our customers a chance of a loan. We are in fact an intermediator between our bank and our (=the bank’s) customer in concluding a credit agreement regarding the purchase of our products.

Yes, I think you could call yourself a credit intermediator, but not as a business title-- it is a service which you offer your customers: a credit intermediation service.
