No, not at all. "Wit" means humor, or the abiltiy to play with words or situations to make them funny. "Spontaneity" means you can react to things "on the fly" (without preparation), or that you just do what comes into your head.

If we decide that this weekend we're going to fly to Paris for dinner and come home, we are being spontaneous, but there's nothing "witty" about it.
