If the 'made' in bold was replaced with 'created' as:

He created the software unique.

You have provided some examples of very sloppy English. I had to read them several times before I finally figured out what they were trying to say. I'm not enough of a grammar expert to pronounce judgment on their correctness; however, even if they are not technically wrong they certainly don't reflect well on their owners.

I guess I prefer the first but I don't have any problems with either one.
Well, one small problem (not related to the use of "create"). I would probably say "...conditions for the..."

I'm afraid I don't have the grammar expertise to explain why "create" is used (and misused) as it is. Perhaps someone else can jump in with the grammar of the si

This is not a sentence. It appears to be a bullet point in a company's advertisement. Never look at marketing materials as a source for good grammar. They are trying to send a message in as few letters as possible because each letter costs money.

You make a cake. You create a new recipe. The heavens and the Earth were created. You make a birdhouse. Things that are created are unique. You don't create a copy. Barbie (the doll) was created in 1959. Since then, millions have been made.

Generally, synonyms have similar meanings but are not interchangeable. They have shades of meaning. I've mentioned this before
