Crack wide open...

Oliver: Victor and AC were able to hack
into the 33.1 mainframe before we blew the building.
Chloe: So that was your other mission.
Victor: Haven't met the computer yet
I couldn't crack wide open.
By the underlined I suppose he means to hack into it.
But overall he says "There's no computer that can stop me to hack it", right?
Because my first impression was that he couldn't find the mainframe. And therefore he could not
hack into anything.
