I'm not sure. His language is not standard. I am not familiar with either "crack up out of" or "crack up into" as set idiomatic phrases, and I can't find reference to them online. The figurative use would be infelicitous to say the least, but I have suppose he meant it that way. To paraphrase on that basis:
