Letter Writing
Covering letter for internal position.
Hello all
Please can you help with a small part of this letter I need to write. The part I'm having trouble is:-
"I know that the Area Team Leader position will give me the opportunity to teach, encourage and add too the experience of others, who have progressed from different fields."
It is the last part I feel may not be correct.
Also I started the letter "Hello" using thier first name, how should I sign off?

I feel that the Area Team Leader position will give me the opportunity to support and develop members. Using my own skills and experience I aim to encourage those who have progressed from other fields, building a strong and diverse team.
Try and avoid using Hello if at all possible - any name will do even if it is not the right person.
