Cover letter to Italy in english

Hello,

I would like to sent a cover letter to one company in Italy in english and would be grateful if you have a look and check any mistakes I'm sure I made. I tried to write it no longer than one page and to answer their requirements which was:
- good knowledge in Autocad, Rhino and Photoshop is required.
- highly motivated and responsible interns to work for a period of 6/9 months on international projects, on competitions, design and in the model workshop.

I am writing to introduce myself and to inquire about an opportunity to gain a practical experience at your company according to S**********s internship position.

I am architect from P*****, recently graduated with a master degree in Architecture and Town Planning from the Technical University of L*****, P*****
I am very motivated to have an opportunity to work on international projects and competitions and this is one of the reason I would like to have a chance of obtaining an internship at your company.

My background additionally includes previous trainings. Last summer I was working as an intern according to IAESTE exchange program at ‘R********’, architecture office in P******, México and during this period I had an opportunity to increase my knowledge of the international architecture, designing, preparing technical drawings and making 3D models and renderings of the current projects and I would like to develop my experience also in this field. In 2010 I was working in a construction office ´N************ Inc.´ in New York, USA and before that I spent one year studying at the Technical University of Valencia in Spain according to student exchange program LLP Erasmus, where I had a chance of taking part in a sculpture and model production workshop and I am very eager to develop my knowledge also in this domains.

I easily learn new things and I am open to new challenges. I am a creative, conscientious and willing to work person who can easily communicate with others either in English or Spanish. I can work efficiently both in a team and individually.

I believe my educational background and my experience make me well suited to the position of a trainee at your company and would be grateful if you would consider my application. I know that there should also be a paragraph where I should emphasize my availability and I wonder if I should add some information like: highly skilled in AutoCad, Photoshop and 3ds Max because I already have it in my CV and it would make my letter too long.
