Your covering letter (not cover letter) is great for a first timer. I just brushed it up a bit. Here we go:

But now I had another sort of covering letter to write. It is to apply for a sort of 30 min long "private discussion" that we can have with several companies during my university career fair. So if you could help me again..., i posted it below! Thanks again!

I made a few amendments to your letter below. I wish to point out one thing regarding the sentence in red. It's an advice to never write on the bad things you heard from others, that very sentence can put them off. So I removed it and altered other sentences to bring out the main point you wanted to convey, in a more subtle manner.

Janjith, that really depends on what kind of job you would like to apply to.
I am a business student with a minor in finance and so the kind of internships i usually apply to are banks or consulting firms...
For these ones what i would advise you to do is:
- Get a list of firms on that sector you would like to work to (there are some sites with top firms in each sector)
- Go through the companies websites and see if they have summer internship programs or not (you can always apply even if they don't have, but it is obviously much easier to get a position if the company is actually looking for interns)
And then on the websites you usually find all the information you need about the company and application procedure. Usually either you have to fill an online form or you have to send your application by mail. It is usually required that you submit both your CV and your Cover letter or Motivation letter. Put a big deal of attention specially to the cover letter, as it may seem just a formality, but it is in fact a very important decision criteria to choose candidates to continue in the recruitment process. Try to make it as personalized as possible so it doesn't seem it was submitted to 10 different companies (although of course you are going to) and to show motivation on it.

There are some websites that have really good cover letter templates and advices...if you're having a hard time writing yours, just look for it.

Hello Savvy,

I notice that you were helping the france gentleman with a internship cover letter and I was wondering if you don't mind doing the same for me. I have to go on a three week teaching practice then later on in the year return back to the same school for three months teaching practice but writing a cover for this participular task, I'm kinder finding hard because I really don't know what to say, how to ask or where to begin. I use to applying for office jobs. Mi ya beg fi help..
