Letter Writing

Cover letter questions

I am trying to write my cover letter and I want to check if these sentences are grammatically correct.
  • I am confident that these skills will help me to determine the needs of clients which would produce quantifiable improvements in profitability.

  • My internship has given me an opportunity to develop..

Is there a better word to replace "opportunity"? I already used opportunity 3 times in my cover letter, so I kind of want to change it. "chance" sounds like a baby word.. so I'd rather keep "opportunity"
  • I am excited about the opportunity to join the team to further enhance my confidence and render my skills as ____ manager. I would be grateful for the opportunity to meet with you to learn more about the position and to discuss what I can offer to your company.

Please review above three sentences. Thanks for the help!
