Cover letter help, MSc in finance

Question

Hi,Can a native speaker (preferably) check for grammatical errors,I am applying for a MSc in finance with deadline January 2nd. It is NOT a cover letter for WORK, so it has a different structure of its content.I would like to study XXX´s MSc in finance is to satisfy my strong hunger to learn more about finance. My fascination for finance started when I as a thirteen-year-old for the first time came in contact with the stock market, investing money I had received for Christmas. The willingness to learn more about the mechanisms of finance eventually had me walking through the oak door of XXX. But that was not enough. So I chose to specialize in finance during my 3rd year at XXX. I chose to write my bachelor thesis in finance. And I want nothing more than to dig deeper into the world of finance through XXX´s MSc in finance.In more specific terms, corporate finance is an area I especially want to explore deeper on a master’s level. After taking the base course in corporate finance (X) my interest for the areas of optimal capital structure and capital budgeting was awaken. How come managers choose a particular capital structure? This is just one of the questions I have not managed to explore deep enough during my BSc so far and would like to learn more about when studying XXX´s MSc in finance. In addition to learning more about finance on an academic level, I also want to study for a master’s degree in finance at XXX to become a better decision maker professionally. As a board member of a startup sales company, I must grasp the drivers of value appreciation but also the concept of risk and how to manage it. This is why I believe knowledge gained from investment management in the finance program can assist me in my professional life. As part of my mission to learn both the theoretical and practical mechanisms of finance, I will also work as XXX´s 2017 Summer Finance Intern in YYY, next summer.Lastly, I have explained my eagerness to learn about finance and my willingness to satisfy that hunger by studying a MSc in finance, but why at XXX? Having studied for 2,5 years at XXX on a bachelor level, I have had the chance to experience the extensive knowledge and passion of the teachers. In the eyes of the employer, XXX and its MSc in finance also ranks well internationally. Most importantly however, XXX is the perfect educational institution to study my master´s degree due to the culture of ambition at the school, which matches my character and mindset. Sorry I got back to you fairly late. Thanks for your extensive copy editing. I´m not a native speaker and I have never written a cover letter before for educational purposes.

With that said, if it´s not too much to ask, I actually have one last cover letter to be reviewed since I´m applying for two of the school´s master programs (both finance and accounting). I have to send in this cover letter January 14th 2017, in two days that is. I really can´t decide between the programs, since both accounting and finance are interesting to me. So that´s why I will apply for both. As finance is nr 1 for me, the quality of this (accounting) cover letter is reduced with lower effort invested in writing it.

Letter of motivation, MSc Accounting & Financial Management at ***

I would like to study ***´s MSc in accounting & financial management to satisfy my strong hunger to learn more about accounting & financial management. After having read courses in both accounting and financial management during the first two years of my bachelor at ***, I still was not satisfied.
