Cover letter for exchange studies visa

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, XXXXXXX, Passport number XXXXXXXX, am pursuing my second year studies of International Masters in XXXXXXXX at XXXXX University. Each semester of this program is organized at a different location in Europe. The third semester of this program is scheduled at EGE University Izmir and will last from September 2014 to January 2014. I plan to depart on 4^th September and would like to apply for education visa for the period of my studies in Turkey.

I have obtained the Master’s grant for the academic year 2014-2015 from XXXXXX University. This amounts to 1000€ per month. Additionally, the account maintenance certificate and statement of my personal account are also presented with my application. Moreover, I have applied for accommodation at EGE University student village. Since the confirmation letter from the EGE university will be sent through post. I will be able to present the confirmation as soon as I receive it.
