Letter Writing

Cover letter for a part time job

Hello,

I hope my cover letter is ok. plz have a look and thanks in advance!

Dear Ms. XYZ,

I am writing in reply to the classified ad at/in/on?? www.stepstone.de to fill the position of a XY Assistant. After my vocational training, my professional work and graduating from university I worked as a project collaborator and have academic and editorial abilities in varying projects. I am currently writing on my PhD and looking for working part time.

Working professionally and studying enabled me to prove my strategic qualities and coordination skills. This experience has given me the ability to conceptualise project descriptions and its relevant data, e.g. to realise contextual requirements of contractors and their partners. I am familiar with the identification and acquisition of project tools, office supplies and other issue-related services. Additionally I have experiences in coordinating the work of staff and producing project reports and documentations. My professional knowledge in the business sector includes customer support services and inventory controls. I prepared symposia and publications while I was an intern at the Orient Institute in Beirut, Lebanon.

I have extensive computer skills, I speak and write (excellent) English and have an advanced grasp of the Arabic language, both oral and written. I am a person who is structured, orderly, motivated and ambitious. I appreciate working in an international team and I can deal with administrative duties competently. Several stays abroad enhanced my cultural sensibility and provided me with an open and tolerant mind with respect to diversity.

I can be available for an interview at any time and I am able to start working at November 1st. My salary expectation would be?? 9-10€/h (pre-tax). I am confident that I can make a valuable contribution to your organisation’s future. I welcome the opportunity to get in contact with you and look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely,

Name

Enclosure: CV

PS. Is there a better writting for "excellent English" :-). I underlined some phrases I am not sure.

Hi, there ^^
I have read your COVER LETTER. It looks fine and neatly. However, there are still a lot of common mistakes that you need to correct them right away before giving your letter the HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER:

1/ Name your university. Despite the fact that the HR manager will find that in your RESUME/CV, you should also interpret that again in your cover letter. If you do not do
