Dear Laura,



I am writing to apply for an internship in ------- as a video editor. I found your job offer in -------- I have just visited your website, and I am excited about the opportunity to join to your team.



I am from Spain and I am searching for a company in order to develop my career in Canada. I am enrolled in an international internship program of the Government of Spain called Argo in which the grant holder can look for a company abroad and apply for an internship. If the company accept, the program will pay to the participants all of their expenses during the stay and, the company, will not pay anything or pay a little salary bonus if it want.



Although I graduated last year, I have a significant experience in the audio-visual field. As you can check in my resume, as well as my degree in Audio-visual communications, I have done three internships in three top companies and I have done several courses about different aspects of the television field.

At the moment my mainly aim is focus my career in post-production field, specially the editor job. I am proficient in Adobe Premiere and Avid and I have knowledge about Final Cut.
