Dear xxx,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you with the aim of introducing myself. My name is xxx and I have recently graduated from xxx with a first class honours degree on PR and Events Management. Ever since I started my studies back in 2008, I have been involved in numerous different types of events, including conferences, symposiums, product and gallery launches... both here and back home in Spain.

I have recently come back from Ibiza, where I spent the summer co-managing and promoting a new night in the island, which turned out to be very successful, considering the size of the club and attracting a steady attendance of between 700-950 people on a weekly basis.

Before this, I was working for a small high end events company based in Chelsea, where I was fully responsible for operations and logistics, as well as sales, promotion and customer relations, which allowed me to develop a valuable set of transferable skills in a very short time. Unfortunately, the limited size of the company did not allow any further opportunities of personal or professional development, so I decided to leave.

At the moment I am looking for a new challenge, where I can apply everything I have learnt so far while I carry on learning and improving. I am quite familiar with the work the Spanish Tourism Office does over here and I know you put on some quite impressive events throughout the year, so was hoping you would first forgve my cheekiness for contacting you directly, and secondly, that you might consider my CV, attached, for any suitable positions you might have available.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,

Thank you in advance for your help!!
