Cover letter correction - Internship abroad

None of my teachers answer to my request, so can you tell me the mistakes I could have made in my cover letter.
I've made a lot of research using mainly, Linguee ( http://www.linguee.fr/ and my dictionary ).

Ref. : Engineering student looking for an internship (6 months) to start on February 3, 2013

Dear Sir or Madam,

As part of my school curricula at the UHEI (currently, in the fifth grade, specialized in Information and Technologies), I am looking for an internship abroad, as a technical sales representative, from February 3, for a 6-month limit.

The aim of that internship, is to immerse myself into a future professional world, as it is required for my career in engineering. By the past, I have had professional experiences, for some companies abroad, mainly in English.

With those experiences in business and about the customer relationship, I would like to work in marketing business, especially in IT and telecommunications, seeing myself of becoming a technical sales representative.
