hello, i'm a french student applying for my first international intership.
I'm not that bad in englsih, but grammatical faults lead always to a bad impression so i would need your help, thank you really much in advance

(it's for Volvo, the swedish car and truck company)

Currently in my first year of the Master in management at XXX university, I'm pleased to learn that our school is among your partener universities for the international intership program.

I recognize that I didn't know much about Volvo Group till then, besides that it's a global truck manufucturer from Sweeden. As I was very interesed by the concept of tailored intership for each selected student, I was curious to find out more about your company values and careers perspective.

Born in China and raised in France, I received a bi-cultural education. Add to that my multiple trips in Asia and in Europe, I'm completely at easy in a international environment to such a extent that working abroad seems an evidence for me.
Luckily, I found China among suggested destination, not because i'm not interested by other destination, but based on my background and my knowledge on China, I feel a strong attach to this country.

My choice is also motivated by my personal ambition to work in Asia later and considered to Volvo longstanding presence in China, it would be an excellent gateway for me to understand the chinese market in concrete situations.

I'm very interested in supply chain management, especially in China regarding to its efforts in infrastrcture and transport in recent years, the construction boom (especially real estate in the past decade), democratization of the e-commerce and an increasing domestic demand, combined to the immensity of the space, logistics has really became a key activity.
So as a transport solution supplier, Volvo offers a really challenging and exciting opportunity to be in the heart of actions.

I'm also at ease with chinese social media (Weibo, QQ, RenRen,Tudou, Douban etc...) as internet has became a major platform for brand promotion (especially on sina weibo), I'll would like to be part of Volvo marketing team to spread company values, especially about Volvo's effors in environmental care and sustaibility soltions since the polution has became a public concenrn in China and people are more and more sensitive to those issus. As member of « XXX», our school sustainable development association, we have lead different projects at local scale to promote sustainable actions such as : fair traide commerce, environmental education, incubator for green projets, implementing a recycling system in our school.
