Hello, I'm a French student and I just wrote a cover letter to find a company for a sandwich course. Could anyone please make any corrections that are necessary ?
Dear M. ******
I am interested in applying for the master sandwich course specialized in buying and negociating at ******.(name of school) Therefore I am looking for a company to have periods being at work at (7 open days every 2 weeks) between periods of study (3 days every 2 weeks).
I completed a degree in business and languages in which I have developed competencies in diverse areas, including: economics, law, finance, communication, marketing and international relations.
I spent a year abroad in Ireland and United States, I have a good level in English and know basic of Spanish. I had several jobs such as cashier or assistant kitchen which made me adaptable and versatile. The tasks I had to handle took organization, good communication skills and quickness of mind. During those jobs I have proven myself to be a competent team member with the ability to deal with many different situations, learn quickly and adapt easily to any situation.
With the ***** (name of town) Liquified-Natural-Gas regasification plant going on, your company surely has a lot of work to handle and I believe that I would be an asset to it. During my course I studied import and export and gained computer skills and I am able to work fast and efficiently even under pressure.
I would be delighted to discuss any possible vacancy with you at your convenience and look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
