Cover letter

I need help with the cover letter for my resume. I just want to make sure that is easy to understand, it sounds professional, and that the wording/grammar is correct. I know what I want to say but when I try to write it out my mind goes blank. Any suggestions would a nig help and greatly appreciated! Thank you!!
