I graduated Law at the in . I am writing to apply for a PHD - program at your University, starting in October 2010. Currently I am practicing as a Solicitor in a Bulgarian Law firm, and I am doing the most of my job with the huge help of Internet. Therefore I would like to continue my education with a PHD program …………………..at ……….

At the moment I am situated in , I decided to come here to improve my legal English.

During the past five years at the university I gained a great theoretical and practical insight into Law. During my studies I evolved a clear understanding in how far Law can successfully be applied to clear problems and to support today’s business, citizens, company’s live and international problems important for all of us. The courses, I attended, are in analogy to this of a wide variety. The focus of my studies of course was on Bulgarian Law. Furthermore I am interested in European Law, Commercial law and International Private Law. All these courses are classical disciplines that assume my wish for making an international career. Additionally I was able to achieve theoretical and practical knowledge in Public Procurement Law, because I have to deal with it in the company I am working for.

Besides my studies I had the chance to apply my theoretical and practical knowledge while working in different project teams. As an enthusiastic member of the project for adjunction of the changes in Bulgarian Law in the frames of the European Union, I was additionally responsible for the development of all assessments. During my work on that project I felt that I really found my place and I realized that my desire is to gain more international experience and the best way for that is if I am doing it in an international environment.

I have been working during my studies as an office manager in a constructing company. I was also Solicitor trainee in “Unicredit Bulbank” SA. I’ve got a very close look into Lawyers working environment during the time spend in the law firm in . I believe my knowledge and personal achievements will help me to contribute positively for your program.
