ith my personal traits and a call center background, I know that I would be well prepared for the position this time, i have a solid 6 year experience in call center and i believe this would be the right time for me to grow in the company. I have been in the company for more than 2 years and 8 months right now and i have enjoyed every moment for being in Prometric.I found it fascinating to work in an organisation which apply's to the Fish philosophy . So it is easy for me to talk about my career ambition and what I want to do, to be employed as a team leader.

I have always done well in all the task which has been given to me Cnatts,Tooefl mini Campaign Emea Emails,Microsoft campaign and also IIM.I have always enjoy problem-solving and figuring things out, which gives me a bigger picture of how things can be resolved and also to mak[ing sure we deliver the best as a well establish organisation. I believe i may not have an experience in Team Leader but i have always believing to deliver the best. Being in Helpline has been a big challenge for me from day one and now being the head and i have very much enjoyed and learnt and made it a strong with the help given by Sid and Guna, to make it even stronger and knowledgeable.

I have also learned the values of teamwork, how to win, how to work hard, how to focus and concentrate, and how to balance my time and priorities. Now I can just briefly mention the activities that support what I have learned. The key point in this discussion is NOT what activities I have participated in, but rather what I have learned and experienced.
I hope this letter of interest, will be give me an opportunity for me to be able to grow in the company.
