Well, I know two kinds only: 1) Being polite with customers 2) in some areas free delivery. I was wondered if there is other things that are unaccustomed to me. Just curious.
I don't know, it seems it is kind of special services. Like what? The only thing that I can imagine as a special service is free delivery, but if it is, I would say free delivery not courteous service. And being polite with customers is not a standard, it is depend to seller.
Courteous service focuses mainly on simply being polite and attentive to the customers. Special services like free delivery are nice, but not what I think of when I read the phrase 'courteous service'.
