Hello,
I read a piece of news on New York Times. It was about the C.I.A abuse cases.
In the article, there is one sentence said by an investigator of this case.
He said: It is clear to me that this review is the only responsible course of action for me to take.
I don't understand the meaning of "course of action" here.
