Course

Translation gives me for "course" a move, either I can't know if course here means like if the friend studied anything, so does "course" mean maybe "a move"? thanks.

...my friend came in, did not sign up anyone whatsoever he told no one about (name of program nv) at all, or the course of six months. When I finally logged into his account today, just to see how things were going I had to do a double-take here .. (he says that his friend did earn something.)
