Couple of questions

Hi,
1. When can you put the words like "our" and when not?

I hope to see at our next month's meeting.
I hope to see you at
next month's meeting.

2. What tenses are possible after the phrase "I wish"? Does it always have to be in past tense?

I wish I had a book to read.
