Countable or uncountable

here is a group of word divided into countable and uncountable nouns. I divided them according to my knowledge

the uncountable nouns:

yoghurt, meat, salt, ketchup,news, money, furniture, information, hair, milk, time, water, popcorn, wine, mustard, traffic, advice, luggage, bread, salmon, rice, cereal.

i still not sure about children.

Salmon as a meal is uncountable. Salmon as fish swimming in a river are countable.
