Countability verbs

(1)Food and drinks are not allowed to bring into class.
why the word of drinks got 's', is it mean food and drink is plura in this sentence?

(2)This plan is eligible for malaysian and foreigners.
why the word of foreigners got 's' again, it is malaysia and foreigner mean plural again??
e.g: This plan is eligible for malaysians and foreigners. This sentence Is it correct or wong?

2-- The writer has made a mistake. The word should be 'Malaysians'. (There is another mistake in the sentence also. It should read: 'Malaysians and foreigners are eligible for this plan.'

Welcome to EF, Evo25. I find the above sentence very strange. What would "food and drinks" bring into class? Nothing. If anyone brings anything, the students may try to bring food and drinks into class. Cf.
