Could've

We could've walked there last time.

This sounds wrong but is there an alternative way of saying it?

Wait,

So we could've walked there last time is actually correct?

Thanks.

I keep thinking that 'last time' is a specific time period, but it's actually not specific at all...right?

Right, it isn't specific.
