Which would you say if not both?

I couldn't care less about my phone.

I couldn't care less if I broke my phone.

I couldn't care less about my phone.

I couldn't care less if I broke my phone.

Both are OK.

But #1 says nothing about breaking it. Depending on context, it could for example mean

'I never bother to answer my phone'.
