I have a slight pain in my arm but it is till leas than the highest level of pain and I still have a tingling sensation in my arm. The crossed out part is obviously unnecessary. You can have two separate sentences if you wish.

1) There is no 'r' in grammatically!
2) The crossed out part is correct, but it is totally unnecessary because "slight" is very very much less than the highest level of pain. That sentence indicates that you don't know what "slight" means.
