I don't understand this sentence? Is the sentence correct? Could you write it in a different way?

My translation is :

Please inform me how to correct the gift box if you want to change the oryginal boxes from the last mail

Is the translation correct?????

The sentence is very poor English! I interpret it this way: If you want any changes made to the boxes (as described in the email), let me know what you want. I assume that you ordered gifts for people, and wanted them to be in fancy gift boxes.
