Could you tell me which word or clause you'd use please?

Could you please tell me which phrase or clasue you'd use? and if they are OK?

- It would be easier for me if you highlighted the words./It would make things easier if you highlighted the words.

- He’s feeling more at home/comfortable now at work than when he started in the company

- I can see what you are doing?/what you do on your laptop at/from a distance using this program.

- I don’t want her to stick her head out the window and see me do/doing that.

- The best thing (to do) would be to call in tomorrow.

- Take my comment how/however you want/like. I didn’t disrespect you.

- It the first time I’m doing something so hard/I’ve had something so hard to do at school.

- If she give you work to do, you’ll still be (working) on it come Monday.

- Is it possible that the info isn’t in the database./that it might not be in the database.
