Could you tell me what hours I can contact you?

When I want to ask somebody what time I can contact him and expect him to answer like "I am available from 10 a.m and 1 p.m." or "You can call me sometime between 10 a.m and 1 p.m."
Is it possible to use the following expression? Does it sound natural?
Could you tell me what hours I can contact you tomorrow ?
