Could you review my IELTS writing task 1?

The line graph illustrates the percentage of people who older than 65 in the period of 100 years from 1940 till 2040 in three countries, namely Japan, Sweden, USA.

Overall, it noticeable that the proportion of the population aged 65 and above increases in each country between 1940 to 2040. Japan is expected to see the most dramatic changes.

In 1940, the percentage of elderly people in USA and Sweden was between 5 to 10 percent. This rate kept rise up to exactly 15% and about 14% respectively. For the next 60 years, Sweden become the country stands at second place have senior citizens who older than 65 years, with about 2% more than USA.

On the other hand, Japan started with a small percentage in 1940. 60 years later there still no dramatically changes in the number of population aged 65 and over. But for the next 20 years, this country has climb up to 10% and even overtake USA and Japan in 2040 at approximate 27%. The fluctuation in Japan make they become the country has the highest percentage of older people.
