Could you read and correct this proposal, please?

Introduction
In this proposal I will present some ideas on what you could do to create the ideal workspace. I made a survey on the Internet where people were asked how they felt about their workspace and what could be improved.

Background
By looking at the survey it is clear that many people are not very satisfied with their current workspace. The main issue seems to be the lack of breaks and resting places. They want a relaxing area where they can go to. The idea of flexible working hours also seems welcome, it would also significantly reduce the stress level. People also like to have a comfortable workplace and have tasks where they can work with others.

Suggestions for the ideal workplace of the future
The ideal workplace should definately have four key features:

There should be specific places where you can go and have a break.
A outside place should also be available for some fresh air.

Flexible working hours should be implemented as an option. It will reduce the stress level and increase the workers' well-being.

When decorating the workplace; egronomy should be taken into consideration.Comfortable chairs and tables is a good way to make it better for the employees.

Creating assignments where people will have to work as a team will help keep their motivation up.

Conclusion
If these recommendations are followed, a great improvement will be seen.

The word limit was 220, I wrote around 235 but it shouldn't be much of a problem.
Thanks.

Artiq: The first impression that I have is that you have not used the term "workspace" correctly. A workspace is just the physical place where you are when you do your work. It is not the working conditions (flex time, working hours, time and place for breaks, or the canteen).

  • Improving your workspace would only mean to have a better desk or chair, better heating and airconditioning, less noise, etc.
