Could you please tell me if this sentence sounds ok

Could you please tell me if this sentence sounds ok and if it is possible to understand its meaning:

Order of the Ministry approved the list of drugs delivered at the prescription of doctor (medical assistant) at rendering additional free pharmacological assistance to some categories of people who have the right to receive the government social assisance, with the indicaion of the registered prices.
