Could you please tell me if I use formal vocabulary or not?
I am writing to declare to you that I have discovered a new model of the shredder at the Exhibition of Inventions. As you know we have the shredder device, however, it is working sluggishly and boisterously because it is out of date. As I mentioned it above I have found the latest model shredder and it is able to shred paper and cardboard. It is fully automatic and voiceless. Additionally, it is capable of saving energy. I am pondering that it would be a good idea if we buy the new shredder machine because we have to shred numerous paper and cardboard. In addition, we have a lot of confidential hard copies in our office and we will not be able to maintain all papers for a long time, as well. I am looking forward to your response at your earliest convenience.
