Could you please tell me if I use formal vocabulary or not?

I am writing to declare to you that I have discovered a new model of the
shredder at the Exhibition of Inventions. As you know we have the
shredder device, however, it is working sluggishly and boisterously
because it is out of date. As I mentioned it above I have found the latest
model shredder and it is able to shred paper and cardboard. It is fully
automatic and voiceless. Additionally, it is capable of saving energy.
I am pondering that it would be a good idea if we buy the new shredder
machine because we have to shred numerous paper and cardboard. In
addition, we have a lot of confidential hard copies in our office and we
will not be able to maintain all papers for a long time, as well. Therefore
we have to obtain a new version of the shredder machine to accelerate
the work and destroy our confidential documents.
For further details about shredder please click on the link below.
I am looking forward to your response at your earliest convenience.

It is fully automatic and quiet. Additionally, it is more efficient and uses less energy than our shredder. I am wondering if it w

Your idea of formal vocabulary seems to be that you have to replace short, common words by longer and less common words.
There's nothing wrong or informal about a sentence like
It is working slowly and noisily (or It is slow and noisy)
but you have changed this to
It is working sluggishly and boisterously.
