Could you please tell me if corrections correct?

Could you please correct my corrections?

- My back doesn't hurt as much when you are massaging it. OK
- He doesn't (seem to) want to understand that we can't do it that way. Optional (seem to) gives more info
- I'm still waiting on a refund. I don't know
- The hospital spans 3 (square) blocks. I don't know the difference
- Respect people's belongings as if they were your own. Don't mistreat his computer. I don't know
- The blue column in the chart has to stand/be at 0 otherwise the numbers are all off. Not sure but both I think

He doesn't (seem to) want to understand that we can't do it that way. Optional (seem to) gives more info; either version is OK. Seem to means that you don't have proof of his reluctance.

- If you are filling out an chart with columns. Once you put in all the numbers, the last column has to be/stand at 0 for in order for all the numbers to be correct.
