Could you please spot errors?

I made a dialog. I wonder if there are errors or weird expressions.

M: Hey, How are you doing?
Y: Good. Where are you now?
M: I'm on my way home.
Y: I went to the counseling center in the school.
M: What for?
Y: I'm leaving school for a year.
M: Really? You've never told me that before!
Y: I know this is so sudden.
M: So is there any plan?
Y: Of course I have. Can we meet for a second?
M: Ok. Let's meet at the Starbucks. I'll be waiting.
