Essay & Composition Writing

Could you please revise my email ?!

As an applicant applied for one of your master programs, I have some thoughts about your criteria and selection processes that want to share with you. about your orientation and criteria toward selecting your new students.

I believe that the first mission of a university in selecting their new students is to seek and find talented students willing to engage in research and academic environment. As you know the US universities, the most leading universities in the world are not so strict on the requirements and their approach is to evaluate their applicant's educational background. Setting tough Language requirement which is not a key factor in academic environment to cutting down the number of applicants and make the process of student's selection easier is not something academic.

your language score is upper than required score stated by most European and The US universities. I have not a stunning educational background, But what I expect from an academic environment is to be a little flexible and optimist about their applicants. I saw university of X's statistics about year 2010 applicants and that was amazing, Only about 250 applicants for Computer Science program. What I am telling is, is it really hard for admission office to be a little flexible about the requirements and spend more time to look at the applicants document and pass more cases that maybe be eligible in the eyes of selection committee to them ?

Blah Blah. and in return of my asking to look at my educational background they said our requirements are strict.

I do not know how it can be possible for a University to have slogan that we want to be a leading university and concurrently they even do not attention to their applicants academic background and researching abilities. I am not telling these to consider my case, I am asking to treat students and applicants in an academic manner. and I think replying a template email about requirements is not an academic manner.
I am not supposed to write this email because this may make me seem needy. But I still back up my thoughts.
