Could you please review the following paragraphs ?
I´m not sure if the following paragraphs are correct or not ... do they sound natural? ...
could you please review them for me? Here, they are:
- Once the information has been received back, the sales department will forward it to Human Resources (HR) Department, who assess the applicant against the internal requirements,
- HR Dep. is to evaluate whether the internal requirements have been met or not by the applicant. If not fully met, HR Dep. is to decide whether further action is required or not before accepting or rejecting the applicant. Further action includes the need of undertaking an additional interview, monitoring the applicant performance during a pre-established period and/or other suitable action,
- HR Dep is to record the assessment results on FormX and return it to the Sales Dep., who will inform the result to the applicant and update the database according to instruction ***

Strictly speaking, 'if not fully met' in the original version relates to 'HR Dept' in the next clause, rather than 'the requirements'. Though it's highly unlikely that anyone would mistake the meaning!
