Task 1: The diagrams give information about changes in a student accommodation.

The two given maps represent an improvement in student accommodation in the past 11 years. Overall, the accommodation is updated with adding more areas for students as well as a little alternation in old ones.

In 2010, gardens surrounded the North and South of student lodging. In the Southwest was the main entrance connected to a hallway. There were three bedrooms, interspersed with a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

In the present, the garden in the South has paved the way for car parking. Besides, beneath the other garden, the living room is demolished and replaced with two spare students' bedrooms. To the Southeast of the student - accommodation, it can be seen that there is a new en-suite room is built for students sleeping in that bedroom. In addition, a social area is added to the kitchen room. It also an extra entrance which can be directly entered without through the main one.
