The picture shows the way in which bricks are produced for building industry.
It can be seen there are eight main stages in the process, beginning with the digging up clay from the ground and culminating in the delivery of bricks to customers.
To begin with, the clay used to make bricks is dug up from the ground by the digger. Next, the clay is put on the metal grid to screen for suitable sizes. The roller is used to deliver the clay to the next step. After that, sand and water are added to the clay, this mixture is turned into bricks by either using the mold or the wire cutter. At the fifth stage, the bricks are put in the drying oven for 24 – 48 hours. In the next two stages, the bricks are put in the kilns and the temperatures are controlled from 200oC to1300oC. After that, the cooling chamber is used to cool the bricks down for 48 – 72 hours. Finally, the bricks are packaged and delivered to customers.
