Could you please read my essay?

Hi. I will take job interview and have English exam. So now I am practising for it.

Could you please read my essay and check it? The topic is the challenging that you have faced it. This is not all of my essay because it is longer so I just wanna ask you to check my main parts of sentences.

I am really sorry for taking your time. If someone give me advise about my English, I am appriciated for it. Thanks for your time and kindness. chip322

The challenges make people tough and developed physically and mentally. In terms of my experiences, the biggest challenging was completing clinical practice in my part of University studies in . I attended the nursing training for 3 months in hospital and at the time I went to the renal and haematology unit. When I started working in the first placement, I was nervous because I did not know well the working style of nursing and their system. Therefore, for me everything was new and cultivated. Even though I had working experience as a nurse in my country, the number of differences for nursing between Australia and are existed and I need to learn and absorb both clinical studies and their differences.

For examples, when working as a nurse in , I was used to have primary patients who were my responsibilities and take care of them for a certain period. Then, I could get along with my patients and understand more about patient’s condition, needs and their thinking for disease step by step. In contrast, in case of my practice in , the patients were always changing and I had to understand the patients’ health status and their problems during the handover or quick assessment when I monitored their vital signs. The language problem was also big hurdle for me to understand patients. I need to know their specific terms and abbreviations and make sure content of medical notes to take my responsibilities.

The challenges that you have faced (if the topic was given to you in the way you have written it above then the person testing your English has a few problems too!)

All I meant by my comment is that 'the challenging that you have faced it' is incorrect English and I hoped that the exam does not actually use incorrect grammar in its questions. The correct way to express this is 'the challenges that you have faced'.

I will try to do my best for my interview and exam.
