Could you please make these sentences more formal please

Supposing I was a Polish student travelling in Scandinavia suddenly, the the lockdown started the next day. The gov wont let us go outside and all the international flights are banned in Scadinavia so I cant go back to school and get the certificate and transcript so I send a letter to the uni of Poland.

[your issues here]. We have let the school in Poland acknowledged the issues above and send us the transcript and certificate but no response had been made. The transcript will be provided to the campus' admission office at the end of the freshman year.

Is it fotmal? What about the grammar? Is it natural?
