Subject: Letter of Termination
To whom it may concern
On 05/11/10, my contract working at 0range was terminated,
I started to work for 0range as a customer service advisor in their slough site in Berkshire. On the 05 November 2010 my contract was terminated. The reasons for termination include, being bullied by colleagues and also not been giving the appropriate reason.
I have spoken to the union about this on the day my contract was terminated but the union told me that because you have not worked for a year and we cannot do anything to help you. I then spoke to another manager who I knew me since been here for almost a year since January 2010, she advised me to put in writing with the evidence attached and send it to me and I will forward it on your behalf the hire managers at 0range and we will proceed further with this case if you have been treated unfairly.
The evidence have been sent to the Hire managers and they have had a look at it and told me to put everything in writing and what happened to take this case. By just looking at the evidence provided to them by me they believe that I’ve been treated unfairly.
This all started when my colleagues new that I was going to be fired but for what reason, and how would they have known all this, either the manager has told them or they either heard this from another manager taking to another.
I was suspecting that something was going on, with my manager not speaking to me properly, each time I asked her a question or any other manager that was on the floor whenever I had a query, I was not seem to be helped by them.
On one incidence my manager accuses me of me not giving the right information to a customer. Even that I was asking for help at that time and I was not getting any support from them. I had to ask another manager who gave me the information that I relayed to the customer.

RD November my calls were monitored for training purposes and that particular call was listened to and because of that one mistake they decided to terminate my contract which I think was an unfair dismissal
But the question is how did my colleagues new that I was been fired from the company. I found this information on my face book account where those colleagues of mines who were also on my face book list where we chat and was friends at that time. I don’t know what changed them and why they treating me like this and how they got hold of this information regarding my employment and I have not done anything wrong to anyone. All I ever did was to keep to myself at work and get on with my job that I supposed to be doing. I have proof from face book to prove that they knew that it was not going to take long before they fire me from the company because there was a couple of people talking about it and my name was mentioned within that group.
I was bullied by my colleagues, who were always on my case each time I did my shift. I have spoken to my manager a number of times who knew about this and said that the situation will be dealt with but the situation just carried on and I ended up losing my job.
I really enjoyed my time working with 0range. I gave up going to university because I wanted to make a career in 0range and because of all this nonsense that’s happen I was giving the sack. Since my employment ended with 0range, I have been quite ill and depress because of all this.
I look forward in hearing from you to able to resolve my problem. I will wait for a little while and if I don’t hear from you then I will have no alternative but to seek help e before seeking help from citizen advice or a solicitor to take my case further.
