Could you please improve my sentence?
We don't have order for plastic bag at this time but we need the certificates in order to guarantee the result and issuing it. If we don't have certificates to be enclose with the result report, we can not register this plastic bag. Therefore, we can not order it. Please understand that we should have the certificates to reference the report before we order it.
