Could you please help to correct my grammar, thanks in advance

The cargo of 16pcs for CKD3810 has been ready. But, the factory did not have the packing material (gift box) and they cannot re-order for these limited quantity from their supplier.

Due to no new order, we suggest use the white box instead of the gift box in order to fulfil

the shipment. Please comment.
